Welcome to Aether. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aether regarding your use of the App and its services.

2. Eligibility

To use Aether, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

4. User Conduct

When using Aether, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in any form of harassment or bullying
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

5. Content

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App.

5.2 Content Standards

All User Content must comply with these Terms and must not:

• Contain sexually explicit material
• Promote violence or discrimination
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain false or misleading information
• Violate any person's privacy

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Aether and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Reporting and Blocking

Aether provides features to help you control your experience:

• Report: You can report users or content that violates our Terms
• Block: You can block users to prevent them from interacting with you

We take reports seriously and will review them in accordance with our policies.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the App
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
